The new Premier League season is here – and Team Reg has the number plates to match and if we don't just request a signing and we will find one for you !.
The wait is almost over. The 2026/27 Premier League season gets underway on Friday 21 August, with defending champions Arsenal welcoming newly promoted Coventry City to the Emirates.
But for football fans, the real excitement comes over the opening weekend – and this year there are some fantastic fixtures.
At Team Reg, we thought we'd do something slightly different.
We've taken the opening weekend Premier League fixtures and matched them with the football-themed private number plates currently available in the Team Reg Squad.
So, if your team is playing this weekend, why not have a look at the registration that could be travelling with you to the match?
Friday 21 August – Arsenal v Coventry City
The new season begins at the Emirates as Arsenal take on Coventry City on Friday night.
Team Reg has a standout Arsenal registration for Gunners supporters:
🔴 UP04 AFC – Up The Arsenal
UP04 AFC is a brilliant registration for Arsenal fans, combining the familiar Arsenal initials with the famous supporter phrase "Up The Arsenal."
It is currently available from Team Reg, making it a great way for a Gunners supporter to start the new season.
Coventry supporters don't currently have a Coventry-themed registration in the Team Reg Squad, but if you're looking for a particular club or combination, you can always Request A Signing.
Saturday 22 August – Hull City v Manchester United
Manchester United begin their Premier League campaign away from home against newly promoted Hull City.
For United supporters, Team Reg has:
🔴 MU71 TED – Manchester United
A registration designed around the famous MU initials, MU71 TED is a distinctive choice for a Manchester United supporter.
There's also:
🔴 XM26 UTD – Manchester United
With UTD instantly recognisable to football fans, XM26 UTD is another option for anyone wanting to put their Manchester United allegiance on their car.
Saturday 22 August – Everton v Crystal Palace
Goodison may have gone, but Everton's Premier League story continues – and Team Reg has a registration for the Toffees.
🔵 UP04 EFC – Everton
UP04 EFC gives Everton fans a simple and instantly recognisable combination.
Crystal Palace supporters aren't left out either:
🔴 CP04 FAN – Crystal Palace Fan
CP04 FAN does exactly what it says – a registration designed for a Palace fan.
It could be the perfect way to make your support clear every time you get behind the wheel.
C29 PFC A flawless nod to Palace Football Club.
Saturday 22 August – Nottingham Forest v Leeds United
Leeds are back in the Premier League and begin their campaign away at Nottingham Forest.
Team Reg currently has two particularly interesting Leeds registrations:
⚪ L21 UTD – Leeds United
L21 UTD is a very clean combination for Leeds supporters.
And for anyone buying a new car:
⚪ LE26 EDS – Leeds United
The LE26 combination makes LEEDS immediately recognisable, making this a particularly interesting registration for a Leeds fan with a newer vehicle.
Saturday 22 August – Brentford v Tottenham Hotspur
One of Saturday's later fixtures sees Brentford take on Tottenham Hotspur.
Team Reg has registrations for both clubs.
🐝 B21 EES – Brentford Bees
B21 EES is a clever reference to the Brentford Bees and is one of the more creative football registrations in the Team Reg Squad.
And for Spurs supporters:
⚪ New 76 Plate? Every Spurs Fan Needs to See SP76 URS Before 1st September 2026
If you're a Tottenham Hotspur supporter planning to collect a brand-new car on 1st September 2026, there's one registration that should be at the very top of your shopping list.
Team Reg has exclusively secured the incredible registration:
SP76 URS
TS09 URS gives Tottenham fans a registration that immediately points towards the North London club.
Two clubs. One fixture. Two very different football-themed registrations.
Sunday 23 August – Brighton v Aston Villa
⭐ The Team Reg Fixture of the Weekend?
For Team Reg, this is the one that really stands out.
Brighton & Hove Albion v Aston Villa – Sunday 23 August, 2pm.
And that's because Team Reg has some particularly strong registrations for both sides.
The official Premier League fixture list confirms Brighton host Aston Villa at the Amex on Sunday afternoon.
🔵 BH76 AFC – Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton supporters have a particularly special registration available:
BH76 AFC
The BH represents Brighton & Hove, while AFC completes the football connection.
It is also part of Team Reg's collection of 76 registrations, making it especially relevant with the launch of the new 76 registration series on 1 September.
🟣 A23 VFC – Aston Villa
Villa fans have plenty to choose from.
If you're an Aston Villa supporter looking for the ultimate way to show your claret and blue pride, opportunities like this don't come around very often.
V21 LLA is now available from Team Reg for the first time in 25 years, offering Villa fans the chance to own one of the most desirable Aston Villa-themed private registrations in the UK.
Team Reg also has:
A21 VFC
A24 VFC
A25 VFC
A26 VFC
A27 VFC
A28 VFC
A29 VFC
XV71 LLA
AV76 UTV
The AV76 UTV combination is particularly interesting for Villa fans looking towards September and the new 76 registration series.
So while Brighton and Villa battle it out on the pitch, Team Reg has both clubs covered off it.
Sunday 23 August – Manchester City v Bournemouth
Manchester City also begin their campaign at home, against Bournemouth.
For City supporters, Team Reg currently has:
🔵 MC04 LUV – Manchester City
MC04 LUV is a fun Manchester City-themed combination and is currently listed in the Team Reg Squad.
It's a great example of how a private registration doesn't necessarily have to use a straightforward club abbreviation – a clever combination can make the connection even more personal.
Sunday 23 August – Newcastle United v Liverpool
Sunday afternoon finishes with another huge fixture as Newcastle United host Liverpool.
And Team Reg has registrations for both sides.
⚫ NU04 FAN – Newcastle United
Newcastle supporters can make their allegiance clear with:
NU04 FAN
The NU points towards Newcastle United, while FAN makes the message unmistakable.

Liverpool supporters have several options in the Team Reg Squad.
UP20 LFC is a particularly clear Liverpool registration.
There's also:
🔴 MY20 LFC – Liverpool FC
And for supporters looking for something a little different:
🔴 WE04 KOP – Liverpool
WE04 KOP is a nod to one of the most famous stands in world football – the Kop.
So when Newcastle and Liverpool meet at St James' Park, Team Reg has both sets of supporters covered.
Monday 24 August – Fulham v Chelsea
The opening weekend finishes on Monday night as Fulham host Chelsea.
Chelsea supporters can choose:
🔵 MR04 CFC – Chelsea
MR04 CFC is a straightforward Chelsea-themed registration, with the famous CFC initials immediately recognisable.

That is what makes the Team Reg Squad different.
It's not just a collection of private number plates – it's a football squad for supporters.
Your Club. Your Car. Your Registration.
Football shirts change.
Players transfer.
Managers come and go.
But a great private registration can stay with you from one car to the next.
That's why football-themed number plates have become such a popular way for supporters to show their allegiance away from the stadium.
At Team Reg, we specialise in football-themed private registrations and own the registrations listed in our Squad, meaning there is no waiting for a third-party seller to approve the transfer. Team Reg also states that government assignment fees are included in its displayed prices and supplies a standard set of physical plates with purchases.
So whether you're heading to the Amex for Brighton v Aston Villa, watching Newcastle take on Liverpool, or getting ready for your club's first match of the season, there could be a Team Reg registration waiting for you.
Ready for Kick-Off?
The 2026/27 Premier League season starts on Friday 21 August, with the opening weekend running through to Monday night.
And at Team Reg, we're ready for it.
Find your club. Find your registration. Put your team on your car.
