TEAM REG PLATFORM AGREEMENT

1. Introduction
1.1. Team Reg (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based sole-trader business that provides an online platform enabling individuals (“Users”) to list, buy, and sell UK football-themed vehicle registration numbers (“Number Plates”).
1.2. This Agreement sets out the terms on which Users access and use the Team Reg platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Role
2.1. Team Reg is not a party to any transaction between Users.
2.2. We act only as a facilitator providing an online listing and communication service.
2.3. We do not own, inspect, verify, value, or guarantee any Number Plate listed on the Platform.
2.4. All contracts of sale are exclusively between the buyer and seller.
2.5. Team Reg accepts no liability for any issues arising from a transaction, including accuracy of listings, payment issues, DVLA transfer delays, or disputes between Users.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Users must ensure all information they provide is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
3.2. Sellers are responsible for confirming they have legal ownership/right to sell the Number Plate.
3.3. Buyers are responsible for completing all checks necessary before making a purchase.
3.4. Users must comply with all DVLA rules and guidelines regarding the transfer and display of registration numbers.
4. Listing and Transactions
4.1. Team Reg may provide optional tools such as messaging, enquiry forms, or suggested pricing, but these do not constitute advice or guarantees.
4.2. Payment arrangements are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Team Reg is not responsible for holding, transferring, or refunding monies.
4.3. Any disputes, chargebacks, or claims must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
5. Fees
5.1. Team Reg may charge listing fees, promotional fees, or commission as advertised on the Platform.
5.2. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Reg disclaims all liability for loss, damage, or claims arising from use of the Platform or from transactions between Users.
6.2. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform.
6.3. Users indemnify Team Reg against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or their dealings with other Users.
7. Suspension & Termination
7.1. We may suspend or remove any User or listing that breaches this Agreement or appears unsafe or unlawful.
7.2. Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content and branding belonging to Team Reg remains our property.
8.2. Users grant us a licence to display their listings and associated content on the Platform.
9. Privacy
9.1. User data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Users must not misuse personal information obtained through the Platform.
10. Governing Law
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
11.1. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
